Youth Group is for high school students in Grades 7-12. It runs at the church every Friday night from 6-8pm.
The night starts with some chill out time where you can play pool, ping pong or a variety of board/card games. This is followed by Bible reading and devotion. Then some crazy fun team games. And it’s all topped off with dinner and dessert.
The cost is $5 per person. We offer a family rate of $10 to any family with more than 2 siblings attending Kids Club &/or Youth Group on the same night.
On your first night attending Youth Group, a parent/guardian will need to come inside and complete a registration form.
At the end of each term the Youth go on a special outing. This may incur an extra cost, which will be outlined in a permission letter several weeks before the event. We love trying new things. Previous outings have included events such as a bbq in a park, escape rooms, frisbee golf, ice skating, laser force, scavenger hunts and trampolining.
Our leaders own Blue (Working With Children) Cards and participate in regular Child Safety training. All our current Youth Leaders work in high schools, and are passionate about seeing our local youth enjoy connecting with each other and with God.
